Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to make a return, we must receive the item(s) postmarked within 14 days after the date of purchase in order to refund the item(s).
- Items must be in their original condition (unworn and unwashed)
- Shipping and handling is not refundable
- No returns on international orders.
If you would like to make an exchange, we must receive the item(s) back within 30 days after the date of purchase and you must pay the cost to reship the item(s). If it has been 30 days after the date of purchase, your exchange will be forfeited. If we no longer have the item(s).
To make an exchange for a different size, send an email to email@example.com letting us know the:
- Order number
- Item(s) that you are shipping back
- Size(s) you need in return
If we have the requested item(s) in stock, we will set them aside and await the exchange in the mail. If we do not receive the item(s) within 14 days of being notified of the exchange, we will cancel the pending exchange and return the holding item(s) to inventory. If we do not have the requested item(s) in stock, we will email you and let you pick a different item or give you a refund.
